Welcome to CYO Track and Field!!

Come see why Track and Field is a great sport for all kids!!

CYO Track 1

CYO Track and Field gives children an opportunity to develop skills that will serve them well in all sports. Your children will have an opportunity to compete on teams and as individuals. While they will compete against athletes from all over the bay area, the true goal for each child is to pursue a personal best every time out.

Athletes will train and participate in running events including the 50m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 800m and the mile; in relays and in field events such as the the long jump, high jump, softball throw and shot put.
