St. Perpetua CYO is pleased to offer another season of youth basketball!

Practices will start in October, with tournament and league games beginning in November and continuing through early February.  Playoffs will follow for qualifying teams.

New 2nd Grade Division

We are happy to announce that the divisions are expanding to include 2nd grade boys. We also welcome 2nd grade girls to register but given lower historical numbers it is almost certain they will play in the 3rd grade girls division on 10-foot baskets. Given this, we would suggest only more experienced players looking for a competitive experience consider this option. LMYA offers a good program for 2nd grade players with smaller teams playing on 8-foot baskets.

Evaluations

The girls’ division will hold evaluations on Sunday, September 10th and the boys’ division will hold evaluations one week later on Sunday, September 17th. Both sessions will be a Tice Valley Gymnasium. The day of schedule for each evaluation session will be communicated prior to the date. The date for a makeup session is yet to be determined.

Eligibility

Players must reside in the St. Perpetua Parish boundary, or attend St. Perpetua School, or attend St. Perpetua Faith Formation.

Uniforms

New CYO Players will need to order a uniform. Uniform ordering instructions will be emailed out after the registration process.

Waitlist, Late Registration & Refunds

When a division fills up, players will be added to a waitlist. Historically the league has been able to include most players from the waitlist. Late registration requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All refunds are subject to a 20% processing fee. Refunds should be requested one week prior to Player Evaluation Dates and no refunds will be granted after teams are formed.
