Registration:

We are excited for another season of CYO basketball. Registration will open Thursday, August 15th at 9:00 am and will close Sunday, September 1st at 7:00 pm. Late registration requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. We request that you be prompt in signing up as some grades do fill up and additional registrants will be put on the waitlist.

Evaluations:

The schedule for evaluations has not yet been set but should occur around mid-September. Evaluations are an important part of the process as they determine who qualifies for the American team in each grade, and it also helps coaches create skill-balanced national teams for more competitive and fair play.

Uniforms:

Returning families may use their existing uniforms but be sure they still fit as kids grow fast over the summer. New families will need to purchase uniforms and more information will be sent out after the registration and evaluation process is complete.

Please spread the word to any incoming 2nd & 3rd grade or families new to Lafayette that you may know. Or contact list is only as good as those families that participated last year, so please share this information to build our Panther CYO community!

    Hello, my daughter, Emma, (Happy Valley, 3rd grade) – will not be able to attend the assessment on 9/15. We need to go out of town for a family matter. Is there any way we can make up for the assessment?

    I am not sure who to contact regarding this, hence my post on this page. Please let me know if there is anyone specific that I can reach out to.

    I registered my son, Marcus Ewing, for basketball today. But the registration shows me, Josh, as the participant. Is it possible to have the participant changed to Marcus? All other information on the application is correct.

    Hello! We missed the deadline for CYO girls basketball, and I am hoping to get on the wait list? My apologies. This is my daughter’s first year of CYO, if she is able to get in. I could not send go up for the waitlist online.
