Basketball Registration & Player Evaluation Information

Registration for the 2018/19 basketball season is now closed.  Player Evaluations will be held at the Stanley Middle School Gym, located at 3455 School Street, Lafayette. All registered players are encouraged to attend the scheduled evaluation session for their Division.

Evaluation Dates:

  • Boy Divisions: Sunday, September 9th
  • Girl Divisions: Sunday, September 16th

Please Note: Players must be registered for the 2018/19 season and bring their Health Authorization and Release Form to participate in their Player Evaluation session (Health forms will be distributed prior to Evaluations)
